Day 30

     So today is the last day of the 30 days of sharing, I did enjoy this last 30 or so days (because of Internet being down I think it was a few more than 30 days) and will from time to time continue this.  I hope that someone got something out of this sharing.  

Some uses of truth in the book of John:

Holy Spirit is the Spirit of truth (John 15:26), we need to take joy that He dwells in the lives of believers!

Jesus is truth (John 14:6), we need to be daily reminded of His work!

Word of God is truth (John 17:17), we need this word to daily cleanse us!

     What is interesting is that Jesus is the Holy Spirit, Jesus is the Word, and they are all truth.  I'm learning the joy of seeing Scripture affirm over and over again something...itself.  The more I read the more joy I take in seeing Scripture back itself up and validate itself.  Circular reasoning would not be useful if our document was invalid, but we have Scripture that are never contradictory and always complimentary!  God is the same forever and ever and His words in scripture are the same throughout, they never disagree with each other.  This is just one small example there are many others.
